the staff demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my stay. the woodland dog walk was a good length at 30-40 minutes.
the pool access felt limited, and i only secured one slot . the toilet facilities was dated and needed refurbishment. the pub struck me as overpriced, and the food quality did not impress me.

a genuinely lovely HOTEL STAY

the staff greeted us WARMly. we were shown our room and given helpful information about the hotel facilities. the spa receptionist even offered a complimentary glass of fizz. i appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
I did notice that the rooms had quite bold mismatched patterns. the comfort and cleanliness was excellent.

the hotel had beautiful surroundings. it was quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. it felt close enough to local attractions, which made exploring the area convenient for my family.

staff escorted us to our room and showed us all the facilities. bottled water was offered for our onward journey. the porter took our bags from the car, which was very helpful after a long drive.

breakfast in the clocktower restaurant offered a great atmosphere. i ordered eggs benedict and it was perfect. the spa-area restaurant was also good; the burgers were very tasty and satisfying.

The receptionist was very helpful. She took me to my room and showed me all the details i needed. the staff were attentive and really did. the rooftop spa offered a fantastic experience, and the facilities are wonderful.
The shower block is quite old. It is also filthy. there were weeds and stinging nettles on my pitch. rubbish and cigarette ends. noise levels were high with music until late.

fantastic stay!
friendly portercute staffrooftop spaheated pools
i was greeted by a friendly porter who handled my bags and showed me to reception. the reception staff were super cute and even offered me bottled water when i checked out! i enjoyed access to the pool and sauna in the spa area. the rooftop spa was amazing. i saw heated pools, hot tubs, saunas, a steam room, and relaxation areas.
The caravan pitches seemed a bit small. Parking the car proved slightly challenging, needing the road or muddy grass.

The staff was great enough. I guess that's something.
i expected more, honestly. the room cleaning wasn't as thorough as i'd like. dust lingered on surfaces, and i found a previous guest's belongings under the bed, disgusting, plus, the minibar wasn't restocked properly.
